Welcome to KN Driving School – Driving Toward a Safer Tomorrow
These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for students enrolling in any of our driving courses. By booking or attending any course at KN Driving School, you agree to abide by the following terms.
To enrol in our courses, students must:
Be at least 17 years old (for car driving lessons).
Hold a valid provisional UK driving licence.
Disclose any medical conditions or impairments that may affect driving ability.
We offer the following services:
Learn the Basics of Safe Driving
Driver Education Course
Defensive Driving Course
Beginner’s Driving Course
Each course is tailored to suit different skill levels. It is the student’s responsibility to choose the correct course based on their experience or consult us for guidance.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment or a deposit (as applicable) must be made to secure your booking.
Payments can be made via our secure online platform or directly at our office.
Cancellations & Refunds:
48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson may be charged in full.
No refunds are issued for missed classes or late attendance.
Students must arrive on time. Lessons will not be extended for late arrivals.
Repeated late arrivals may lead to termination of enrolment.
Missed lessons without prior notice are non-refundable.
We promote a respectful and safe learning environment:
No abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
Mobile phones must be on silent during lessons.
Students must follow all instructions provided by instructors.
Our instructors reserve the right to refuse or terminate a lesson if they believe the student is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or is unfit to drive.
Instructors may adjust lesson content based on the student’s progress or readiness.
Our training vehicles are fully insured and regularly maintained.
Students must treat the vehicle with care. Damage caused by negligent behavior may result in additional charges.
KN Driving School is not liable for any personal belongings lost or left in vehicles.
We can assist with driving test bookings upon request.
It is the student’s responsibility to provide accurate details for test applications.
Use of our vehicle for the test is subject to instructor approval based on student readiness.
All personal information is collected and stored securely in line with GDPR regulations.
Your details will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
